Registration of financial institutions Administrators of private pension funds
Administrator of Private Pension Fund is a legal person, which administers private pension funds.
Administrator of the private pension fund can be:
1) legal entity which provides professional services for the administration of private pension funds (Senior Administrator);
2) legal entity - sole shareholder of corporate pension fund, which has decided to administer independently the implementation of such a pension fund;
3) asset management company.
The legal entity, which plans to carry out activities on administration of pension funds must be obtained from the State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets of Ukraine a license for the activity.
