Financial-credit institution - a legal entity, subject of which is the only activity on the providing of financial loans from their own and / or borrowed funds. This provision does not apply to banks and financial institutions (such as pawnshops and credit unions), for which there is an exclusive list of activities.
Pawnshop is a financial institution, sole activity of which is allowing credit to individuals at own risk from own or borrowed funds, in security of property for a specified period and subject to interest and provision of related services pawnshop.
Credit union is a non-profit organization founded by individuals, labor unions and their associations on a cooperative basis to meet the needs of their members in mutual crediting and providing financial services by combining the financial contributions of members of the credit union.
