Solving corporate dispute connected with the emitter –  PE Ukragrozhytlopobutbud OJSC

Legal Consulting Centre acted as the legal adviser of a group of private persons, holding controlling interest (more than 75% of shares) in PE Ukragrozhytlopobutbud OJSC in the process of the corporate dispute settlement concerning the emitter – PE Ukragrozhytlopobutbud OJSC. The present conflict is completely settled and the parties signed the corresponding agreement. The obligations of the parties are performed in full volume.
Partners of Legal Consulting Centre Eduard Bondar and Igor Okunev took part in the conflict settlement. The project was supervised by the managing partners of Legal Consulting Centre, Artur Nonko and Andriy Olefirenko. The opponents’ interests were represented by the legal company Solskyi, Protsyk and Partners.
