Solving corporate dispute connected with the emitter –Galychynabud Private Company

Legal Consulting Centre acted as the legal adviser of a group of private persons, controlling corporate rights of Galychynabud Private Company (the company, selling construction projects in Kyiv and Odesa) in the process of solving corporate dispute concerning the emitter –Galychynabud Private Company. The present conflict is completely settled and the parties signed the corresponding agreement. The obligations of the parties are performed in full vplume.
