Solving corporate dispute connected with the emitter -  Lvivselmash OJSC

Legal Consulting Centre acted as the legal adviser of Kredo-Aktiv Asset Management, the company, which has controlling interest in Lvivselmash OJSC. As of October, present conflict is completely settled and the parties signed the corresponding agreement.
Senior Associate Oleksiy Ukolov, partners of Legal Consulting Centre Andriy Korshun and Igor Okunev took part in the conflict settlement. The project was supervised by partner Eduard Bondar. The opponents’ interests were represented by the legal company Business-Pravo audit.
