Legal Consulting Centre acts as the legal adviser of the shareholders, holding controlling interest in Akademrembud CJSC (prime contractor of Academy of Sciences of Ukraine) concerning counteraction to greenmail.
The essence of the conflict is that a group of shareholders, which jointly possesses less than 0.1 % of shares, obtained by infringement of pre-emption rights, stands in the way of the emitter.
