Client: PJSC “Universal Bank”
Law firm "Legal Consulting Center " acted as legal advisor to PJSC "Universal Bank" under the appeal in law suit on case XXXXXXXXXX to JSC "XXXXX-XX", LLC "XXX XXXX”, XXXXX HH, PJSC "Universal Bank" on recognition the contract of guarantee invalid Contestable contract of guarantee ensured execution of contractual commitments to PJSC “Universal Bank” to the amount of USD 6 000 000. 
In the proceedings the Supreme Court of Ukraine considered the appeal of PJSC "Universal Bank" and allowed it partially, the decision of Solomenskiy District Court of Kyiv and determination of Kyiv Court of Appeal were canceled and remanded the case for a new trial to the court of first instance.
