Law firm “Legal Consulting center” acted as a legal advisor to “Ukrainian Energetic Company” LLC and represented its interests in lawsuit on collection debts and penalties from PC “Ukrgazdobycha” NJSC “Naftogaz Ukraina” on contracts of cession of rights.
In November 2010, after new consideration of the case, the Economic Court of Kyiv partially satisfied claims of "Ukrainian Energy Company” LLC and exacted to PC “Ukrgazdobycha” and NJSC “Naftogaz Ukraine” UAH 16 million.
