Support of the agreement concerning the acquisition of Ukrainian monopolist on glass market

Legal Consulting Centre acted as the legal adviser of the investor concerning the purchase of 95,54% of shares of Lisichanskyi Glass Plant Proletariy CJSC.
The lawyers of Legal Consulting Centre acted in the buyer`s interests and provided the realization of legal audit, agreement structure development, consultation on taxation and investing, preparation of risk minimization recommendations, related to the agreement, agreement documentation preparation etc.
The project was suspended in September 2008 for the indefinite period due to the commencing financial and economic crisis in the Russian Federation and Ukraine.
Lawyers Mykola Osynskyi, Rostyslav Lyeshishin, Senior Associate Roman Kravchenko, Partners Andriy Korshun and Anton Polyanychko took part in the project. The project was supervised by Artur Nonko, Managing Partner of Legal Consulting Centre, the Head of corporate and M&A practice division.
