Legal Consulting Centre has carried out the preparation of legal opinion on Legal proceedings in claiming moral (non-property) damages for working conditions for Executive Board of Social Insurance, Labor accidents and Occupational Diseases Fund of Ukraine. Some problematic issues of Ukrainian legislation. The subject of the mentioned legal opinion is the mechanisms of civil legal proceedings functioning in the disputes in claiming moral (non-property) damages for working conditions, caused by working conditions in the aspect of general legal proceedings and procedural peculiarities of solving disputes of such type.
