Court defense of property rights
Client: Members of Paluba  Service Cooperative
Legal Consulting Centre acted as the legal adviser of Paluba Service Cooperative concerning the allotment of plot of land for the purpose of providing service for garage boxes and the recognition of rights of the cooperative`s partners for garage boxes. As the result, the members of Paluba Service Cooperative received appropriate documentation proving their property rights for garage boxes. The boxes were registered at Kyiv Technical Inventory Bureau.
