Legal company “Legal Consulting Centre” represented State Academy of housing and communal services in a labor dispute with a Chair Chief of the educational establishment concerning job reinstatement, payment penalty for enforced absence from work and moral damages. First instance court rejected the claim of the dismissed employee. Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the first instance court.
