Support of the court dispute concerning the recovery of groundlessly obtained funds in connection with the absence of package job contract by Vinnytsyabud Ltd

Legal Consulting Centre acted as the legal adviser of Bilotserkivskyi Milk Enterprise Ltd (a leading milk producer in Ukraine) and represented the company in a court case concerning the recovery of groundlessly obtained funds in connection with the absence of package job contract by Vinnytsyabud Ltd.
As of December 2008 Higher Commercial Court of Ukraine partially upheld the appeal of review of Bilotserkivskyi Milk Enterprise Ltd concerning the resolution of Commercial Court of Appeal of Kyiv region and sent the case for a new hearing a first instance court.
