Support of the court dispute concerning the damages recovery in favor of Alfa-Bank CJSC from Ukrainska Natsionalna Rozrahunkova Karta OJSC, incurred by the breach of processing agreement.
Legal Consulting Centre acted as the legal adviser of Alfa-Bank CJSC and represented the bank in a court case concerning the damages recovery from Ukrainska Natsionalna Rozrahunkova Karta OJSC, incurred by the breach of processing agreement.
As of December 2008, Commercial Court of Kyiv region held the decision, by which it totally met the demands of Alfa-Bank CJSC. Computer and technical expertise was held in the course of the case.
At present Ukrainska Natsionalna Rozrahunkova Karta OJSC made an appeal.
Alfa-Bank CJSC was presented in the court of first instance by the partners of Legal Consulting Centre, Andriy Korshun and Igor Okunev. The project was supervised by the managing partner of the legal company “Legal Consulting Centre” Andriy Olefirenko, the Head of Court Practice Division.
