Support of establishment procedure of housing cooperative in Odesa.

Legal Consulting Centre acted as the legal adviser of a group of private investors concerning the possibility of establishment of housing cooperative and independent finishing of construction of block of flats in Odesa. The necessity of investors` consolidation was caused by the bankruptcy of the original building company and lack of finances to finish the construction. The lawyers of Legal Consulting Centre provided the procedure of preparing necessary recommendations concerning the formation of housing cooperative and finishing the construction of block of flats and the ways of solving land issues.
