Law Firm "Legal Consulting Center" acted as legal adviser  of "CREDO ACTIVE GROUP" on the acquisition of controlling stake in SA and to develop schemes to minimize the risks associated with possible reduction in the value of shares in connection with the execution upon the assets of SA by a third person.
