Law firm "Legal Consulting Center" introduced the company's interests "Ukrenergoholding" at the Kyiv Appeal Administrative Court on the suit to Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky joint state tax inspection of Kiev region to abolish tax notices-decisions on additional taxation and financial penalties in amount of 14 million hryvna. Upon consideration of the appeal of the tax authority, the court found no grounds for its satisfaction, and upheld the decision of Kiev District Administrative Court, by which claims of the plaintiff were satisfied in full, without any changes.
