The lawyers of law firm Legal Consulting Centre Andrey Korshun and Alexey Ukolov acted as the defence attorneys in Kyiv Court of Pechersk district in processing of a complaint against the resolution to initiate criminal proceeding on the fact of taking bribes - Part 2, Article. 368 CC of Ukraine. In consideration of the complaint Kyiv Court of Pechersk district made decision by which the decision to initiate criminal proceedings on the fact of taking bribes was cancelled whereas it was made untimely and with the lack of sufficient evidence of crime in actions of the defendant.
