The firm "Legal Consulting Centre" became legal advisor of Medylayn LLC and successfully presented its interests in Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine on the suit of LLC Medilayn to JSC Sanatorium “Akvadar” on the recovery of arrears and penalties. The Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine refused JSC Sanatorium "Akvadar" in responding the appeal and upheld the resolution of the Kyiv Interregional Economic Court of Appeal. Interests of LLC “Medilayn” was represented by senior lawyer of the law firm “Legal Consulting Center” Alexiy Ukolov and lawyer Andriy Balitsky.
