Law Firm Legal Consulting Center successfully represented interests of LCC Ukrainian Energy Company  in Kyiv Economic Court of Appeal on the case of suit of LLC Ukrainian Energy to Ukrgasproduction Company subsidiary of National JSC Naftogaz of Ukraine on the recovery of arrears and penalties to the amount of 18 282 689.06 UAH. As a result of the appeal hearing was upheld the decision of the Kyiv Economic Court on the satisfaction of the mentioned claim and the respondent's (debtor’s) appeal was rejected.
